These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing your utilization of our comprehensive courier and logistics services, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services. 2. Service Agreement

Consignment Hauler Courier provides professional courier, freight forwarding, and logistics services in accordance with the following stipulations:

  • All shipments are contingent upon availability and acceptance at the sole discretion of Consignment Hauler Courier
  • We reserve the unconditional right to decline service for any shipment that fails to comply with our established policies and guidelines
  • Service rates and offerings are subject to modification without prior notification
  • Customers are required to furnish accurate, complete, and verifiable information for all shipment transactions

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are expressly prohibited from transportation through Consignment Hauler Courier services:

  • Hazardous materials, explosives, incendiary devices, and flammable substances of any classification
  • Illegal narcotics, controlled substances, and prescription medications without proper authorization
  • Firearms, weapons, ammunition, and related accessories
  • Live animals or perishable goods absent specific authorization and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Counterfeit merchandise, stolen property, or items obtained through fraudulent means
  • Any items prohibited by applicable local, national, or international legislation

4. Liability and Insurance

Consignment Hauler Courier's liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is strictly limited as follows:

Standard liability coverage is provided at a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per shipment unless supplementary insurance coverage is purchased at the time of booking. Consignment Hauler Courier expressly disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from service provision. Customers bear sole responsibility for appropriate packaging methods to prevent damage during transit. All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of actual delivery or anticipated delivery date.

5. Shipping Charges and Payment

Shipping charges are calculated based on multiple factors including but not limited to package weight, dimensional measurements, destination address, and selected service tier. Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements have been formally established and documented. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and electronic bank transfers. Supplementary charges may be assessed for specialized services, remote area deliveries, customs brokerage, or administrative processing fees.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery timeframes provided represent estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement. Consignment Hauler Courier shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to achieve delivery within estimated timeframes; however, we disclaim liability for delays occasioned by inclement weather, customs processing, natural disasters, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Recipient signature may be required for delivery confirmation. In the event the recipient is unavailable, we will provide notification and attempt redelivery or make the package available for customer pickup at a designated location.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers hereby agree to the following obligations:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current sender and recipient information
  • Package items in accordance with Consignment Hauler Courier packaging guidelines and industry best practices
  • Declare the accurate monetary value and comprehensive contents of all shipments
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations
  • Assume financial responsibility for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges

8. International Shipping

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures and may incur duties, taxes, tariffs, and additional administrative charges. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the recipient bears full financial responsibility for all customs-related fees. Consignment Hauler Courier provides customs documentation assistance as a courtesy service but assumes no liability for customs processing delays, rejections, or confiscations. Export and import regulations vary significantly by jurisdiction and must be strictly adhered to by the shipper.

9. Claims and Disputes

All claims for loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery or anticipated delivery date. Claims submissions must include the complete tracking number, documented proof of value, photographic evidence where applicable, and a detailed description of loss or damage. Consignment Hauler Courier will conduct a thorough investigation of all properly submitted claims and provide a written response within thirty (30) business days. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and governing law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Consignment Hauler Courier collects, processes, and maintains personal information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. Customer data is utilized exclusively for service provision, operational enhancement, customer experience improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. All customer information is safeguarded using industry-standard security protocols and encryption technologies. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute customer information to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Consignment Hauler Courier website and platforms, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, images, software, and proprietary materials, constitutes the intellectual property of Consignment Hauler Courier or its authorized licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Customers are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works without prior written authorization.

12. Modifications to Terms

Consignment Hauler Courier reserves the unilateral right to modify, amend, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. All modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication to our official website. Continued utilization of our services following the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms. Customers are strongly encouraged to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13. Termination

Consignment Hauler Courier may terminate or suspend service provision to any customer who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acts in a manner detrimental to our operations. Customers may terminate their account at any time by contacting our customer service department in writing. Upon termination, all outstanding charges, fees, and obligations become immediately due and payable in full.

14. Force Majeure

Consignment Hauler Courier shall not be held liable for failure to perform services or fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, government actions, regulatory changes, power failures, telecommunications failures, or catastrophic technical failures affecting our operational capacity.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Consignment Hauler Courier maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
